Recipe - Capsicum - ginger chutney

Bell Pepper and ginger chutney

Summary:

Add green chillies (optional) to make it hot and spicy.

Ingredients:

  • Bell pepper - 1 big
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Olive oil - 2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 1 tablespoon

Process:

Chop Bellpepper to 2 inch long pieces. Grind all the above ingredients together.


Preparation time - 5 - 10 minutes
